Caller list count changed after every refresh on incident form

There is a problem for only one incident

when we have to select caller from caller field , every time count is changed for caller list

What is wrong here, it say you can see 100 user out of 716. Or i understood wrong.

When I click on caller again , it shows 703 records, sometime shows 701 records, each time different count

Really a wired case, i tried in my PDI and every time I got same user count. is any job running in backend which changed or updating user status or something? else log a Now support case.
