Can I create two Jira Webhook routing policy?

Can we create two decision records(flow) in Jira Webhook routing policy.

We have to integrate Servicenow with two different JIRA tools. So i just want create two decision rules so that i dont have to define the conditions in the JIRA webhook sub flow.

For your case- Yes. you can create a decision table based on your requirement. But it should be called in the flow clear manner.
