Can I move (Order) Quick Links in the Employee Service Center Portal?

Hello,

I created a new Quick Link which now appears 3rd but I would like to move it up to the 1st position. I don't see any option to use ORDER to re-arrange how they render.

In the above screenshot can you re arrange the order like remove all the options and try giving 1) walk up

2) intranet

3) enterprise

How would this be done for the quick links on a topic page, I dont see that option you show in your screen shot.

This did work for me, however, make sure to take a backup picture in case of lot many quick links are present, in order to remember all the links

This doesn't seem to work for me. I have cleared the list in the widget and inserted them one by one in the order I want but it still doesn't work. I'm aware that I can clone the widget and then reorder them within a script but there should be some other way to do this within the options in my opinion. Any other suggestions?
