Can't able to save the flow designer "Unknown error occurred while processing request, check logs "

I can't able to save the flow designer. Can anyone please help me with this. Please refer the below logs snip for reference:

did you check if flow is configured correctly with the steps and output etc?

Also this error is given sometimes if you are accessing some output variable but that step is missing

please share screenshot of complete flow steps
