Can't Edit Catalog Item While Its State is Draft

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a catalog item but I get an error that says that I can't edit the item while it's checked out. I checked the item and it's state is draft and the field check_out is empty so I can not understand why I get the error above.

Does anyone knows the reason for this error or knows how to fix this?

Hi there,

 

Might it be a Scope issue? And is it a custom Catalog Item or an out-of-the-box one which is read-only / protected?
