Source of the request whether it is task record OR catalog item

We have certain user accounts to be displayed only in the particular catalog item and its relevant RITM records.

Can I use a display BR for this.? How could I identify the requesting URL/source.

The Idea is those User Accounts will not be visible to other Catalog items/Forms, to prevent them from confusion.

Is there a way to achieve this. Please guide.
