Can´t Start Instance of Welcome to Service Now - Next Experience task, navigation and access (Conte(

Hello Guys!

Hi everyone! I'm new here and I'd like to know if anyone has had trouble logging into their instance again? Since yesterday I've been having problems starting a new instance to try. I was having trouble validating the Welcome to Service Now - Next Experience task, navigation and access (Content), because it kept showing the error: "Did you perform these tasks as Platform User [platform.user], make sure you are not Admin user? Did you successfully pin the 'All' menu and create a favorite for Self-Service > Knowledge? Are you sure you favorited the Knowledge MODULE and NOT the homepage or article itself?" even after following all the steps. I closed the instance to see if I could validate the Task Result, but it won't come back.

Hi @AdrianoPioM ,

Tanueshree,

The problem is. My access to instanse are disable. I can't access the instance and proceed to impersonating Platform User.

Hi @AdrianoPioM

The screenshot shows that you are not able to validate the task, whereas your message says that your instance is disabled.

When you say it is disabled, could you share a screenshot so I can better understand the issue?

Do you mean the lab instance is in hibernation, offline, or are you seeing a different error?

Generally, a lab instance can take 20–30 minutes to fully wake up. Also, if the instance is already assigned to you, you can try requesting a lab extension and see if that helps.

The screen I attached on my first post. But as you said, usually after 20 or 30 minutes, the instance should be available to connect again. And this is the point, since yesterday I can't connect on instance because the option are unavailable for me.
