short answer; yes, you can, but, should you?
E-Commerce is not exactly what the ServiceNow platform was built for, so even if you could pull it off you would have to jump through complex hoops and workarounds to get it to work.
Sincerely, I think there are very many other options on the market that would fill your needs more easily and with less problems.

E-commerce? Yes. That's what the Service Catalog, Service Portal etc are all about.
But eCommerce is a small part of the platform - there's a huge amount of enterprise-strength features available that won't be suited to eCommerce, and possibly a pile of eCommerce requirements that won't be fulfilled by the platform.
Have you looked at other systems, specifically those aimed at eCommerce? Try the following:
