Want to create a catalog item with different language as, when a German user login form should be in german language or when Indian person login form should be in hindi.

I've worked on translation projects before and the one think I always suggest is to watch out for translation services. A lot of the times, the translators don't understand the IT context of the request, so reviewing the responses for the context will be key to make sure the translation makes sense.
