Can we create a custom table for the sys ids of the different Cmdb tables?

We have few tables in the instance for which sys_id table for the cis are already created. We want to create few more custom tables for sys_id's of the cis . How can we achieve this?

Hi @VishakhaShi

The sys_id is something that gets automatically generated when you create a record. So simply put, just create the record, and the sys_id will be created by the system
we never manually create a sys_id.

We want the sys id table for the existing records like let say business application. so we would like a seperate table for sys id of buss app. can we achieve this?

Hi @VishakhaShi

It seems your requirements are not clear. I'm not sure what you're trying to do with the Sys_ids. Are you looking for an image or screenshot to clarify your request?
