Can you have more than one email client template on the same table (incident)?

Hi All,
We would like to have two email client templates available for our incidents, one for major incidents that will send to executives and the other for normal incidents. Is it possible to have two client templates for the same table and if so how would the second one be created?
Thanks in advance,
Mary

Hi Mary,
Yes, you can create multiple email templates on same tables and have them attached with different email notifications on same table with conditions. For eg. On incident major notification you can create a "Major Email Notification" email notification and email template as "Incident.MIM" for major incident. You can create a new template by navigating to System-Policy>>Email>>Templates.
Please refer attached screenshots and you can create or copy from existing templates and reuse the contents.

Hello Mary,
In this case you will have to use an email script to populate the email body. Not much can be done with templates for the client email functionality.
