Cancel RITM Without Filling in Fields

Hi, I'm trying to modify our "Cancel RITM" UI Action so that it doesn't require agents to fill in mandatory fields. I haven't been able to find a solution, does anyone know if this is possible?

If you set the action name of a UI action to 'sysverb_cancel' it will allow you to bypass mandatory fields on the UI (not data policies).
