Cannot view ppt/pptx file using Document viewer

Hi All,

I have enabled document viewer and can see .doc/pdf/xls files using it. But I am not able to view ppt/pptx file, it gives an error "This document could not be previewed.".

Hi Ankur,

Yes we followed the same procedure mentioned in docs, still facing an issue with ppt/pptx files.All other types can be viewed using Doc Viewer.

Hi Shantanu, 

You can create com.snc.documentviewer.support_content_types  property in sys_property table and in value you can give comma separated file extensions that you need to open with document viewer. 

e.g ppt,pptx,pdf,doc
