catalog item is not opening from portal

one of catalog item is not opening from portal , remaining are opening 

what could be the reason behind it ?

Can you se it on portal? search for it?

Are you getting any error? What do you mean its not opening?

I can see on Portal, whenever i am clicking on it , that's not opening .and also not getting any error.

Check the onload client scripts on the catalog item

Other catalog items opening?

Check on different browsers.

Clear cache and check.

yes i see it on the portal, the browser spins on both edge and chrome
