There are indications that the plugin Change Management - Risk Assessment can be used to assess not only Risk but Impact. For example, when I run a Risk Assessment on a Change in my PDI, I get the following info message:
Risk has been set to High and Impact remains unchanged.
However I don't see how you can assess Impact? I can open the Change Risk Assessment Category (asmt_metric_category) table and define metrics relative to that, I can also define thresholds on the Change Risk Assessment (change_risk_asmt) itself. But I cannot select whether to measure on Risk, Impact or anything else.
What am I missing here?
Regards,
Kim

Thanks for pointing out this table, but these are only Risk conditions that work for the OOB Calculate risk UI action, right?
Atul: No, it works with the Risk Assessment plugin as well.
As he explains in the video you linked, most instances use Change Risk Assessment rather than this OOB feature and that is also true in our case. Or can they work together somehow?
Atul: Practically it works together. The screenshot which I shared is something I saw on the Now Learning course and it said, the final risk and impact come from both.
I can tell you that in our instance all of these Risk conditions are inactive.
Atul: If I am not wrong, you need to active the OOTB risk condition as well to determine the right Impact. Enable it in Dev/ PDI and check once.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
I have watched the video and it also doesn't explain how Impact can be changed.
The only question I have is how to assess both Risk and Impact based on the Risk assessment.
