catalog item is not opening from portal

one of catalog item is not opening from portal , remaining are opening 

what could be the reason behind it ?

change something in that item and save and then try.

Cache can be a issue here.

Can you check whether its set to active or inactive. Also, would be great if you share some snapshots if its active and still not opening from portal.
