CATALOG ITEM MIGGARATION ISSUE

Hello All,

 

We have recently move all the hardware catalog class items to new instance from old instance through update sets. Once done while we are verifying the functionality after submitting the request it shows the blank page instant of request number.  

It just display the url like 

https://xxxxbuild.service-now.com/service_catalog.do

Hi @SravyaA 

 

There can be reasons like update set did not capture everything/ issue in existed instance or many. 

My thought

Try to update / repair the catalog plugins once and then see, else better log a Now Support case.

In service portal, widget is not redirecting at expected

Its not in portal it also working same in backend aswell.
