CATALOG ITEM MIGGARATION ISSUE

Hello All,

 

We have recently move all the hardware catalog class items to new instance from old instance through update sets. Once done while we are verifying the functionality after submitting the request it shows the blank page instant of request number.  

It just display the url like 

https://xxxxbuild.service-now.com/service_catalog.do

what debugging have you done so far?
