Hello @GBS ,

Please confirm below mentioned points:

1. Check the catalog item accessiblity.

2. Open the catalog item in background and you will "Try in portal" option header uisng that where in the portal it is availalable.

3. Ensure that the catalog item is part of a catalog. If it's not part of any catalog, it won't show up on the portal page. 3. The catalog that contains the item must be part of the portal. If it's not, the items in it won't show up on the portal page.

4. The catalog item may have role restrictions. If the user does not have the necessary roles, they won't be able to see the catalog item.

5. The category of the catalog item might be hidden. If the category is hidden, the items in it won't show up on the portal page.

6.Even though you mentioned no user criteria has been given, it's worth double-checking. If there is user criteria, and the user does not meet it, they won't be able to see the catalog item.

the same configuration I have done in my PDI and it is showing in the portal but it is not showing in the client instance

Hi

Create a user criteria with a condition that all users will match. Add to available for. Check using the user criteria diagnostics.

Sometimes it is necessary to have a positive user criteria. Simply leaving it empty can prove problematic.
