Hi,
"itil" license role is added to some assignment groups. Earlier there is a "custom role(ITBM roles)" added in "itil" role.
Now I have removed that custom roles from "itil" license.
So shouldn't the role be removed from the Groups and Users as well?
When I open the itil role record. I do not see the custom role. But when I open a group where "itil" role is added and open any user record I see all the ITBM roles. which I do not want.
Please help?

Role Inheritance Issues - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com) - This article solved my issue.
Installing the role management V2 plugin helped me clean the Orphaned records.

Atul: Yes, if you remove inheritance of ITIL from ITBM role, it will remove from group as well.
When I open the itil role record. I do not see the custom role. But when I open a group where "itil" role is added and open any user record I see all the ITBM roles. which I do not want.
Atul: Please check is this ITIL role is added manually or added from other group.

Hello Sir,
I do follow your videos.
No role is not added manually and its not coming from any other group. All assignment groups have "itil" role, where the custom role is removed. But in user records still those roles exist, as you can see in the screenshot.

Thanks for kind words. This is what OOTB and purpose of Group. If you assign a role to group then it will visible on user profile as well.
As you said, other groups has ITIL role, so it will refect on user profile.
