Created one new catalog item in one instance and it was showing in the service portal. But when the amendments are moved to other instance by update sets, the item is not showing when searching in service portal of the second instance. Current configuration: no_search => false, visible elsewhere => true, hide on service portal => false Tried to clear cache of the instance by doing cache.do sevaral times
