Catalog Item Stuck at Draft State

Hi All,
I have a catalog item that refuses to publish and is stuck in the Draft state when I try to publish it from Catalog Builder. I published it then I needed to make changes and went through troubleshooting steps with a coworker. We ended up clicking 'Cancel Checkout' where I think things went wrong. I had to put everything back that was deleted and when I search the CI, I get the old one but when I go into catalog builder, I see the new one with the changes but it refuses to publish. How can I get the updated version of the form to publish?
