catalog item variable stored in the catalog item table

Hi All,

Can you tell me once the  catalog item is created(sc_req_item) table, in which table all the variables values are stored in the ServiceNow tables.

are those variables always empty after submission?

Yes , after submission these values are empty

any script is clearing those variables i.e. workflow run script or flow?

I have checked , all the out of the box script is running
