Hide Course Link [Catalog item] Until Manager Approval in Service Portal

Hello Team,
I’m working on a use case where a user sees a list of courses in the Service Portal, but the course link [catalog item] should only be visible after getting approval from the manager. I want to hide the course link field until the approval is completed, and once the manager approves, the course link should appear in the portal. I’m not sure how to do this.
If this can be done through a script, kindly share the script as well.
Please guide me on how to achieve this.

in the above uploaded pictures it depicts that when we request for a course it will generate a request(RITM) once the manager approves the request it must show the link in additional detatils but in my case it'n not showing
