We have created SLAs on RITM and generating sc tasks once the RITM is approved.
But the customer wants to track the SLAs for sc tasks.
For that they proposed to generate additional RITMs in place of SC tasks once first RITM is approved.
Is this the acceptable solution or is there any ideal way ?
They don't want ola concept here
Solved! Go to Solution.

Better track/ create SLA only on SC task that will be more easy and accurate. RITM may have 10- 20 task and SLA will contibue, but if you create SLA on task level, quick and easy to track.

I would not create additional RITMs to replace the SC Tasks, I would create the task level SLAs instead. You can use them in conjunction with the RITM SLAs or turn off the RITM ones and only rely upon the SC Task ones, depending on how they track the work.
