Hello,

I have majorly worked on the workflow and am new to the Flow designer, Actually requirement is once a catalog item is requested first it should go to the approval and later it should create 2 tasks at a time and once close complete then it should create other task and so on..

But here approval is getting triggered and after approval in the sc_task table I can see the catalog task created but it is not attaching to the same RITM.

Please help me with this what mistake I am doing

Thanks,

Atik

Please share the Flow screenshot. HOpe you are using Catalog Task not task creation Action.
