Hello everyone,
I have a requirement in the Catalog Items,
1. where after selecting a variable answer as Yes, 3 tasks are generated (each with different order e.g: 100, 200, 300) and different assignment groups. When the second task (order no:200)is Closed Incomplete, the third task should not be generated.
2. When the variable answer is No, only the first task is generated.
I have used the Approval and Task Assignment rules to define tasks, but I'm stuck at, When the second task (order no:200)is Closed Incomplete, the third task should not be generated. I have to make the changes, without using the workflow as the workflow is a generic one.
Can someone please help me with this?
