category picker not displaying list of category while creation of new knowledge articles

After australia upgrade , category picker on new knowledge article creation form is not displaying active categories for the knowledge base.

if we try to select the category directly , then it can be selected but on "magnifying glass icon ". category picker results in empty screen.

Which version of Australia are you on? I just checked on my OOB Australia Patch 2 version and the categories show up. It could be worth it to also check on the status of your store apps, since they are moving more and more updates through there (including knowledge related ones). Mine are all up to date.

We are on australia patch 2 . category picker is working fine for few Knowledge bases but not working for majoriry of knowledge bases

Open Knowledge base record you populated and check whether it has categories.

it has 49 active categories
