Change Approval Policy Flow Action - No Decisions are applied

Hello Experts,

I am using a "Apply Change Approval Policy" flow action and I see that the status is always skipped, even through when one decision conditions are met, its not applied

Check if the group where the approvals need to be sent to the users are active.
Check if the policy decision is meeting the condition.

Hi Sruthi, 

Please check your change model. If a Model state transition has an automatic transition set to True, then the transition will skip your approval, which you will see in your Operation record in flow designer. 

In this example, if Authorize to Scheduled would be true, it would skip the CAB approval.
