Change Approvals

Hi, 

We are generating CAB approvals for 4 groups at the same time,

assume groups are A , B, C and D.

among these four Group A approvals is mandatory.

and in remaining B,C and D groups any two Groups approvals is required.

if we any two groups approval then we can move change to next state.

How to calculate this in workflow ?

You need some automation on your approval records to get this working. If for the same record 2 groups have approved (from B, D or D), the remaining records can go to 'no longer required'. Question is why you are sending approvals to 4 groups, if only 3 are needed.
