Change column view

Hi Team,

I am new to service now I want to change column view in "My Open Tickets" and "My Closed Tickets".

Open the list/widget, right click on the header, select "configure List layout" and arrange the columns as you need.


you need to have this role -personalize_list

I have already mentioned you need to have this role - you need to have this role -personalize_list or "Admin"

Do you mean, you want to change the order of columns for 'My open incidents'?


You need to right click on list header and click on List Layout under Configure. You can then select the columns you need and save.

When I right clicked the header I am not getting configure option even though I am having admin role.
