Change column view

Hi Team,

I am new to service now I want to change column view in "My Open Tickets" and "My Closed Tickets".

Are you doing this using admin role? Are you able to see it for other lists?

Hi Gomathy,

Similarly, from the top right menu option, select configure-> list layout.

You will be able to change the layout.
