we have created change in service now and after the approval the change enablement ready is showing true after reset to new showing change enablement is true but os should be false is there any solution?

user created one change in service now the change enablement ready state is false when the change is new state and at authorised state after some persons approval the change change enablement ready state is true state after clicking on reset to new option change in new state so I have checked change enablement ready state is true but I user need it should be false what is the solution for that ?

Here are some tips to improve your chances of getting an answer:

3. Explain what you mean by "Change enablement ready state". This does not sound like something that is out of the box.
