HI @Musab Rasheed ,
I trust you are doing great.
- Navigate to the Service Portal Designer by going to Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration > Service Portal Designer.
- Open the widget or page where you want to change the loading image.
- Click on the "Edit" button on the top-right corner of the page to enter the edit mode.
- Identify the loading image element. This is usually a GIF file with the name "spinning-wheel.gif".
- Click on the loading image element to select it.
- In the Properties pane on the right, click on the "Source" field to open the file picker.
- Select the new loading image that you want to use and upload it to ServiceNow. You can use any image format supported by ServiceNow, such as PNG or JPEG.
- Once you have uploaded the new image, click on "Select" to set it as the new loading image.
After you have changed the loading image, you can save and publish the changes to make them live on the Service Portal.
