Based on the Relationship in the CSDM Business Services is published as the Business Service Offering. Then Business Service Offering Depends on Service Instance. So my question is if I have the relationships setup and and pick a Service Instance configuration item are the related Service Offering or Business Services not automatically being pulled into the Impacted Services/CIs?

The property com.snc.change_request.refresh_impacted.include_affected_cisnn
doesn’t exist in my PDI either, but I can see com.snc.change_request.refresh_impacted.include_affected_cisn
. Either you can create a new property named com.snc.change_request.refresh_impacted.include_affected_cisnn
and set the value as per the documentation.”

Why are all these system properties point to the svc_ci_assoc table? This seems to be associated with Application Service Mapping application even though the table is available out of the box. Do you need Application Service to truly get impacted Services/CIs tab to load with Services and CIs? Right now out of the box for the Affect CI tab only add what is chosen in the configuration item field and impacted services / CIs only load what is chosen from the service field.

I’m not very strong in this area, so I might log a case with the Support team to get more insights.
