Has anyone created a standardised catalog process?
I am currently implementing a standardised workflow with subflows to determine the approval and fulfilment phases (driven by decision tables) however curious to know if anyone has implemented a similar solution.
I have come across the above using old-school workflow approval rules.
In my research I stumbled on the Digital Services Forum' Case Study: Standardizing Catalog Flows to Increase Velocity - Recorded July 6th 2023 which appears to overlap with the approval rule sequencing concept.
