Change Management: Create case from change request

Hi Everyone,

 

Based on the link provided below, a case is created from the change request. However, I would like to identify where exactly this logic is implemented in the instance. Is this implemented through a business rule, a client script, or a flow?

 

I have searched extensively but have been unable to identify it. Could you please help me locate it? Thank you.

May be same is applicable to change. You can log a case and clarify your query from Servicenow.
