Change Management Priority and Impact Field Values

Good Evening,

 

I have a customer that is new to change and they have asked several times for the meaning of the Priority values and the Impact values. I have been looking for a good write up on the documents site but haven't found one that explains the meanings of the values. The customer is using change out of the box since they never had a process. Does anyone know where I could find a good article or documentation on the meanings of the 1-4 values?

Take a look at this. Most of the clients use priority as a calculated value based on impact and urgency.

Evening, I was going over that list with them earlier and it seemed to confuse them more as in change doesn't have urgency.
