Change Management wizard modifications

I am looking to make modifications to the 'Create New' wizard for Change Management. I cant seem to find the wizard. I look in the "system wizards" application at the "wizards" module but there is no wizard in there for change management, i just see three wizards: catalog ordering, create incident, and knowledge tree. where does this wizard live? i would like to make changes to the selections.

Have you checked the Interceptor module?

I have found it. turns out it is NOT a wizard at all, but an interceptor. how confusing.

The Wizards functionality, which enabled administrators to create wizards that provide a step-by-step sequence of dialog boxes that lead the user through a procedure, was deprecated in the Eureka release.
