Hi,
When I checked this notification not triggering. But earlier it is working fine in dev and QA environment. But when I configured standard change as the requirement, I tested every notifications but this one is not triggering and in the email log also it is not showing. What is the reason for this?

Hi @akhilaanil

 “Change request state change notification” in ServiceNow applies to all change types (Normal, Emergency, and Standard) as long as:

  • The notification is active.
  • The condition on the notification doesn’t explicitly exclude type=standard.
  • The state of the change request (state field) actually changes.

By default, this notification is table-level (change_request) and doesn’t filter on change type. So unless your admin customized it, Standard Changes are included.

@akhilaanil
