Hello @sriramsin ,
Navigate to the sys_hub_flow.list table view and attempt to activate the flow directly from there. If activation isn’t available through that interface, the alternative approach would be to clone the flow and then activate the cloned version instead.

Hi @sriramsin
If you've deactivated the OOTB change flow, Then you can't do anything, so the best option is copy that flow and activate it
