Hi All,

Is there any Industry Standard when it comes to Change Management Metrics? If so, can you share the list of metrics? I have SN OOB metric list for Change Management.

I would like to see Industry standard list and compare to what we measure & report.

Seems other reply is Chat Gpt generated. There is no as such industry specific metric for change , it depend on type of industry / nature of work etc , so you can define as per your business need you can created. Also you can refer to PA dashboards of Change as well, which also provide useful information.

Thanks Atul. By PA do you mean Performance Analytics or Platform Analytics? Can you link me to any SN documentation for PA dashboard that you are referring to? Thanks !
