Change Models are used to pre-define fields and set different status flow. Is it also possible to pre-define the Change Tasks in a Change Model?

I have additional question: When Change is submitted after Change Model has been selected, the pre-filled fields are read only and cannot be updated. Could this be changed?

Yes , it can be change, please check the UI policy or BR which making these fields as read only.
