Change Models are not visible in Service Operations Workspace

Hi, I've created a new Change Models but these change models aren't visible on Service Operations Workspace when creating a new Change Request. But it does show when trying to search for the name of the Model. Did I miss something?

Thanks

Make sure it is active true, default it is Active = False

Yes mine is active true, default it is Active = False. Which user are you using? On my side, only Admins can see it.

Hi @Stiips

I tried with both Admin and ITIL

That's what I'm trying to figure out, why in my instance it isn't visible for non-admin users
