Hi Ankur,
when I click on reply to , reply all & forward button on activity stream.
Reply to email address is not showing up, which i added on newly created email client template.

Hi Ankur,
It didn't work for me either. Please see the screenshots below of my set up. Strangely, the right reply-to ID ("Onesource...") when the email client is selected. However, when I used reply/reply all from the activity stream, the default IT ("DSI IT Servicedesk") shows. I would appreciate any thoughts/solutions.

I found this KB... Though this refers to workspace, this may be the expected behavior for reply/reply all across the board.
