Change Variable name in the "Options Section" on Service Portal for a record producer

How to be able to change a Variable name say "Requested for" to "Requested to" in the Options Section on the Service Portal.

Help me with screenshot, i was checking "Ticket Conversations Widget" but i didnt find short descrption.

Which portal are you referring?

This didnt tell me that which portal are you using? i checked sp, but "Option" i didnt find.
