Changes closed outside of the approved window

Hello. Looking for some advice on searching on changes to ensure they were implemented within the window. Right now I am manually looking at closed changes and comparing planned and actual times. Is there way to run a report that can determine if a change was done  outside of the approved change window?

You can configure one report on change request table with condition as below

Thank you again for your response. I have one other question. What happens to a change that is on hold once it reaches its planned end date? Would it be considered past due? Also, how long can a change stay on hold?
