Changing of Dot Walking field lable in the list view

Hi All,

In ServiceNow, do we have any option to change the dot walking field lable in the list view? Not form views.

I am not sure if I got your question correctly or not. Are you asking let's say if a dot walk to name field from requested for, is there a way to only change the label in list view n not in form view. For that name field.

If yes then no we cannot change only on list view it will also get reflected in form view as well. This is what my understanding is.

Hi @Khalid9030 ,

You can explain the customer that if we try to change the label of a particular field then wherever the field is being utilized list view form view report etc everywhere the changes will reflect becaus the changes will be done at the dictionary level.

So it's better to go with the OOTB naving convention only.
