Changing REQ# for RITM# in a Backend only ServiceCatalog

Hello Everybody, 

 

I have a quick question, I've been looking around but didn't really find any answer.  I have been tasked to make a service Catalog that is ONLY accessible in the backend (ITIL) so this will never show in a Service Portal. When submitting a catalog item in the backend it immediately redirects to this:

And as you can see it shows the REQ# is there a way to make that change to the RITM# ????

Go to Maintain Cart Layouts in the left nav and look at the Order Status Screen within the Target type: Browser Screen

In the Components tab, clear the checkbox for Request Number, then on the Columns tab, check the box for Request Item Number column
