Changing the # of records dispayed in the Recent content pane on a homepage

I have a request to change the number of items displayed in the Recent Content Pane on a homepage from 20 to 30.  Is there a way to do that and if so, how/where?

Hi,

If you go in to the homepage editor for this page, you can click the pencil icon and then go to Maximum Entries and change the value:

Obviously changing it from 20 to 30, but showing what it would look like.

Thanks Allen.  I’m not sure if it is because the list is a homepage content item (widget?) or not, but I don’t see an option to set or change the maximum # of entries.  This is how I added the content item to the homepage (see attached screenshot)

I don’t see where I can edit anything here, there is no “pencil” or anywhere I can see to allow me to edit anything in that Most Recent Label widget.  Can you explain how I can get to the area you are suggesting to change the max entries?

The Labels gauge is controlled by Tags (new name)/ Labels (old name).  The number of entries to display is controlled by the Tag itself.

Navigate to System Definitions \ Tags and find the ones titled Most Recent.  You will notice a column called Max Entries, this is what controls it.  I edited the one for System Administrator and 30 now show up in the list
